This is the dream team – Mahua and Subhasish Adhikary have been married for 30 years, became parents soon after, and added “business partners” to the list in 2011 when they founded Golf Green Art Gallery. What began as a shared love for Indian art has since grown into a trusted destination for discerning collectors, museums, and art lovers seeking investment-grade works. Together, they blend Mahua’s impeccable curatorial eye with Subhasish’s strategic vision, building a gallery that celebrates the masters while fostering cultural legacy.

At the heart of Golf Green Art Gallery’s collection is a deep admiration for Somnath Hore. His stark yet profoundly humanistic works—etched with raw lines, textured pulp, and an unflinching honesty—speak of pain, resilience, and the quiet dignity of the human spirit.
